Are you interested in being part of our Patient Participation Group?
This is a group of patients who the surgery contacts via email asking for their views, ideas or suggestions that could improve the patient experience here at the surgery.
How does it work?
It’s all done by email although we are trying to set up awareness evenings in the future.
All you need to do is provide us with your name and email address. We will then make contact with you on a bi monthly basis asking for your views on what the Surgery may like to do to improve the patient experience and also to seek your views as to what you feel would improve the patients visit to the Surgery.
Join our Patient Participation Group
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
